Service scope

RevenueSignal provides informational analytics and alerts based on your Stripe subscription and invoice data. It is not accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Stripe data dependency

Data quality and timing depend on Stripe. If Stripe data is delayed, incomplete, or incorrect, the analytics and alerts may also be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful activity.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Do not interfere with service reliability or security.
• Do not abuse, scrape, or reverse engineer the service in a harmful way.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.

Warranties disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RevenueSignal is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim.
